1. 7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original premium packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain health and safety standards, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or Used Products: Any creams, lotions, or oils that have been opened or had the seal broken (e.g., Glowvana Radiant Cream or Organic Hair Oil).

Ingestibles: For safety reasons, Siptox and Glowvana Collagen Powder are non-returnable once the outer seal is tampered with.

Sale Items: Products purchased during a clearance or flash sale.
3. Damages and Issues (The Glowvana Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if:

The item is defective or leaked during transit.

The item is damaged.

You received the wrong item.
In these cases, Glowvana will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra shipping cost to you. Please provide a clear photo or video of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if unopened), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Payment Method: For COD orders, refunds are typically issued via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash. For online payments, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
