1. Delivery Timeline

We process all orders within 24 to 48 hours.

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 2–4 business days.

• Rest of Pakistan: 4–7 business days.

• Note: During sales or festive seasons (like Eid), delivery may take an additional 2–3 working days.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: We charge a flat rate of Rs. 250 nationwide.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above Rs. 5,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the rider’s arrival. We also accept secure online payments via Credit/Debit cards for a contactless experience.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Undelivered Packages

Our courier partners will attempt delivery two times. If the package is not received after the second attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse. To have it reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged Shipments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your Glowvana products (like the Gradient Cleanser or Collagen Powder) arrive damaged or leaked due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@glowvana.com or via WhatsApp with a photo of the damaged item.
